At Mesmerise, I took on the role of lead programmer within a small, dedicated team. Our primary focus revolved around enhancing the Gatherings platform until its eventual sunset. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and project managers, I delved into the core challenges and potential enhancements of the project. Steering the team as the lead programmer, we delved deeper into refining the project's architecture and tackling stubborn bugs that hindered its functionality. Prior to my promotion at Mesmerise, I worked alongside designers and QA to introduce innovative features and fix bugs.
